Iranian odd equation '60=1' gets Portuguese nom

Iranian short film '60=1' has got a nomination at the 4th edition of the Figueira da Foz International Film Festival in Portugal.

Directed by Iman Davari the movie is nominated for Best Film Award at the Portuguese event.

“Birth, Growth, hope, death – The same life," a synopsis for the 1-minute experimental flick reads.

Iranian young filmmaker Iman Davari, has featured a number of his short films, including 'Silence', at different festivals.

The Figueira Film Art, Festival de Cinema da Figueira da Foz, is an independent film festival, committed and dedicated to the showcase of both emerging and established, national and international filmmakers’ work, within the world of independent cinema.

The latest edition of the Figueira da Foz International Film Festival is slated for August 27-September 2, 2018.
